You can contact us either by phone,
email or apply online. We will
then arrange an interview to discuss your individual requirements.
At the interview we will discuss the loan options available
to you and advise how much you are likely to be able to
borrow. We will help you select the most suitable lender
from our panel of over 25 preferred lenders.
Step 2: The Loan Application
We will prepare the loan application for you and submit it to the lender of your choice. The lender will assess your application and let us know if any additional information is required. They will conduct credit checks and arrange property valuations.
Step 3: Conditional Approval
The lender will advise us of conditional approval which details any matters that need attention or special conditions of approval. Once these matters have been addressed they will issue unconditional approval.
Step 4: Loan Documentation
Following unconditional approval, the lender will send you a Letter of Offer which details the terms and conditions of the loan. They will also send you the mortgage documents which gives them security over your property. The documents are then signed and returned to the lender.
Step 5: Loan Settlement
Purchasing a property
Once all signed documentation has been received by the lender they will contact your solicitor / settlement agent to arrange the property settlement. On the day of settlement they will draw down your new loan and complete the settlement at which time the property becomes yours.
Refinance
Once all signed documentation has been received by the new lender they will contact your previous lender and arrange a settlement date. On the day of settlement they will draw down your new loan and complete the refinance settlement by paying out your existing loans. Any additional funds borrowed will be credited to an account nominated by you.
Step 6: Post Settlement
After your loan settles we don't just forget about you. As part of our ongoing service commitment, we will keep in regular contact with you. This gives us the opportunity to review your ongoing needs and change in circumstances. This service is provided at no cost to you.
